SKIPPED PT!!!!! n ruiqi was behind me chasing me -.- then i gotta run lyk so faster than my original speed lahs lols. then last round dawn stop 2 wait 4 me. then ask me wait 4 ruiqi. then we 2 wait 4 ruiqi. then we 2 jog jog jog slowly then they tell me last round n i dunno mahs, then i went "huh last round le arh?" then they say "yar" then i say "orhs" then i began sprinting all the way. bt dawn still sprinted faster lahs. so it's dawn, then me then rq hahas.
n jump stairs -.- the stage thr gt stairs mahs, then need jump up n down 400 times. jump down jump down then considered 1 time -.- walau siao lahs. damn tiring derr. then still need do lyk one leg on the step one leg down then switch. oso 400 times. bt this one easier. cos one leg up one leg down then switch counted s 2 le. aiyohs sry lahs i dunno hw 2 explain. i very stupid derr can -.- just total 800 times lahs. n the boys did 1000 times. then after tt still need sprint frm one end of the court 2 the other end. 8 times each set. sprint 3 sets, last set 10 times.
the stairs one reli can kill pple. seriously i would rather run around the sch 10 more times if can dowan do the stairs one -.-
