WEEEEE went watch "happy feet" with jeraldine, yong en, jeff, yuhan, alfred, clive, matin n kee heng. HAHAHA IT WAS GREAT. no nt the movie. the movie was ok onli. frankly lahs. a lot of pple say til lyk very very nice. i meant tt the gathering was great (:

hello hello. whoa just nw badminton was... arh jus training? LOL

n i met up with ruiqi in westmall b4 going 2 sch. hahas we both tied pony tails -.- ruiqi ask me tie with her derr... LOL. then i reached thr too early. n i waited 4 very long. then felt awkward. cos of my hair. then wanna hide frm the world. lols. n i dont lyk lahs. lyk at the back very puffy. then ruiqi went toilet with me ask me pin my hair. then i pin pin pin til kns. then she help me. LOL.

yar then we went buy drinks frm sweet talk. then took bus 2 sch. on the way saw si kai n kenny. then i dowan them c my hair. then c them screamed n ran lyk siao. LOL. lyk c ghost liddat. hahas...

then in sch saw kunwei. asked him if my hair looked weird. he said "very weird" then i said "THANK YOU" n untied my hair. LOL. cos i told ruiqi if some1 say my hair nt nice or weird then i dowan tie liao hahas. yar then after tt training tt time ruiqi oso untied lahs. pple say weird LOL.

n bloody training. last hr pt. pt lyk siao. nt sure if it's considered s pt lahs. bt i treat it s one. the last training i went b4 i go beijing was pt. nw come back first training oso pt -.- wth? bleahs lor...

expected lahs. tt time friendly match coach oso gt say le. he say our stamina nt gd wanna train have more pt. bleahs lahs. at first wanna pon derr. bt since this is my last training b4 i go beijing i go lor... summore it may be my last training EVER. bleahs choi choi choi!!!! bt jus nw watch news 2 planes omost clash... made me even more scared. bleah lahs choi choi choi!!!! what thinking me... bleahs lahs. touch wood =x

wth ok... 2day's training is BORING!!!!! i was late x) bt they havent start ath... jus warm up. hahas. then 4 the first 2 n half hr we did... NET N NET N NET ALL THE WAY. damn lame rite? i noe -.-

then gals ran 10 rounds ard sch... n i 2nd again x) s usual, dawn first hahas. at first tell her i wanna chase after her derr then she sprinted lyk siao i cant catch up le -.- gave up hahas. i sprint kns derr. n jiayi isnt ard 4 pt. she went off halfway. cos she gt tuition. SKIPPED PT!!!!! n ruiqi was behind me chasing me -.- then i gotta run lyk so faster than my original speed lahs lols. then last round dawn stop 2 wait 4 me. then ask me wait 4 ruiqi. then we 2 wait 4 ruiqi. then we 2 jog jog jog slowly then they tell me last round n i dunno mahs, then i went "huh last round le arh?" then they say "yar" then i say "orhs" then i began sprinting all the way. bt dawn still sprinted faster lahs. so it's dawn, then me then rq hahas.

n jump stairs -.- the stage thr gt stairs mahs, then need jump up n down 400 times. jump down jump down then considered 1 time -.- walau siao lahs. damn tiring derr. then still need do lyk one leg on the step one leg down then switch. oso 400 times. bt this one easier. cos one leg up one leg down then switch counted s 2 le. aiyohs sry lahs i dunno hw 2 explain. i very stupid derr can -.- just total 800 times lahs. n the boys did 1000 times. then after tt still need sprint frm one end of the court 2 the other end. 8 times each set. sprint 3 sets, last set 10 times.

hello. im gonna make this post a short one (: a lot of pple say my posts very long. actually quite true lahs. if i go other pple's blog c this kinda long posts i wouldnt even read them. yar so im gonna shorten my posts frm 2day onwards =)

thr's training 2day. OH MY GOSH. rain big big when i came. gt umbralla oso lyk no umbralla -.- heyys pple tell me what's the use of umbralla -.- dont seem 2 help much. hehs.

n when reached sch cant find ruiqi, mewleng n evia. supposed 2 play netball with them derr... bt rained... hahas. then called mewleng n ruiqi... both never reply. grrr then i went canteen search. nt thr. went up the hall. nt thr. went down canteen again. still nt thr. then happened 2 c yewyeong. then he oso going up hall. so go with him lor. SIAN. lols. we 2 plus those table tennis derr pple in hall. then seniors came in. hahas then yewyeong wanna stroke with me bt i kept making him run. then he ask me play 21 points. damn. omost won him when marcus ask us 2 stop n do warm up. GRRRR!!!!!

n we did footwork n trainings. hahas I LOVE 2DAY'S TRAINING XDD aiyers i dunno hw 2 say lahs. mebbe mewleng gt blog bout it. i dunno hw 2 say what coach let us do. bt mewleng n i jus wanted MORE of them. then xianlin n evia dowan 2 do.
